smf-sav (Sendmail Sender Address Validator)
smf-sav is a lightweight, fast and reliable Sendmail milter that implements a real-time Sender e-Mail Address Verification technology. This technology can stop some kinds of SPAM with a spoofed sender's e-Mail address. Also it implements a real-time Recipient e-Mail Address Verification technology. It can be useful if your machine is a backup MX for the recipient's domains or if your machine forwards all e-Mail messages as a relay host for your domains to another internal or external e-Mail servers. It's a lite alternative for the spamilter, milter-sender and milter-ahead milters. It's written in C.

Diego Munoz Perez (Spain)
"Your milter helps me too much because MailScanner eats too much CPU and RAM resources and this double check (based on sender and recipient) stops more than 50% of the junk mail. Small and simple things like this are always the best of the best."
Marc Lucke (Australia)
"I just have to say that smf-sav kicks ass. I've got it running on 2 Linux servers now and it saves so much time in postmaster messages and spam - it's really incredible. It's given me a whole chunk of my life back. Fantastic. Thank you."
Owen Hughes (United States of America)
"I just want to say THANK YOU for such wonderful program. It does wonders to help reduce server load, especially on a formerly mimedefang/spamassassin only setup."
Gordon Colyn (South Africa)
"Thanks, I have to say it's a brilliant little milter."
Matt Hampton (Great Britain)
"Excellent piece of code!"
